Dear Travel Partners,

This is a warning letter to all of you who incase are dealing with Mr Ajeet Gaur of India Tour Planner, Jaipur. He never keeps his words in terms of his payment. He will fool you with his cunning words and statements – eg: Payment will be done to you tomorrow; Payment will be done before client check-out, trust me. Your payment is in safe hands.; The cheque has been done in drop box; I’m at the bank only, and the payment will be reflected in your accounts in 10 mins. Etc etc.

These are some of his pet statements that he uses while you talk in regards if payment. A very good thing about him is that he will definitely attend your call and keep saying the same thing day after day. Even his office staff has been given a proper training how to lie to people.

He has booked a tour with me for Andaman on 4th June. The tour was getting started on 19th July – 24th July. The 1st payment he made to us was on 17th July. After that he kept giving excuses until the tour was completed. Above that he used to say, why are you worried, the client is with you, he will pay you. But on last day, when we actually asked the client even he refused, as he has already done the payment to the agent, which even I know is absolutely correct, then why will he pay again. Still after all this I did not trouble the client and gave him the balance services in a hope that Mr Ajeet will feel some shame and make payment.

Todays its 9th Aug, and have still not received the balance amount. Now what he argues is that the bill amount you have charged is too much. I said that Sir you should have asked this while confirming the tour and now once the tour is over, you must pay what the final quote was confirmed. I also asked that you go to a restaurant, have food and then argue for bill or what. I know client has not come back to him and asked for any refund. Its just his intentions have become wrong and he has become greedy to earn more and so not making further payments.

I really don’t know, if he will pay me the balance or not, but all you friends, please be aware of him, and if dealing with him, please make sure to collect full payment in advance. Also don’t trust any of his staff as even they are the same like him- LIARS!!
